Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. once the order has been given to the carrier shipping times are estimated and out of the control of the company.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. All calculated charges are for anywhere in the USA

For Free shipping: We offer Free standard shipping for Orders over 100$

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within Tacoma WA. For orders under $100, we charge $15 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 3-10pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Tacoma WA 98405. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are from 3-10pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. . Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada

For any location outside of the USA please email us with your address and your order. Shipping will be based on location and weight and need to be manually calculated.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
